Dimensional Evolutions design challenge ::
As the link between virtual design and physical architecture becomes stronger, this relationship creates new virtual and physical dimensions. How can new technological dimensions be used for innovation and problem solving?
Virtual designs continue to evolve through the use of: Building Information Modeling, digital painting and environmental analysis. As the number of virtual dimensions created by designers increase, do they blend or separate from the physical world?
Investigate the link between virtual and physical architecture and how it addresses issues such as environmental contextualism, user interaction, building function, digital programmatic uses and construction techniques. With inherent challenges in every physical site, explore possible solutions created by the virtual link. Does a new process emerge to solve some of the increasingly complex issues in our world today?
